If you have ordered an NUS Extra card then you’ve also got a password to gain access to Your Account. From here you can view exclusive discounts, track your card order, update your details or order a replacement card if required.
If you have a card but can’t remember getting a password, it was emailed to you shortly after you purchased a card. The email in question was from us at NUS Extra and had a PDF printable version of your card attached. Not ringing any bells? Check your junk mail folder as it may have been filtered out by your email provider. Also check which email address you provided us with when you ordered if you have more than one.
If you received this email but cannot login, check the details you are entering to make sure they appear exactly as they did one the original email. Try copy and pasting the details if you are having problems.
